Frank K. reviews The Alpha Rules...

I was pleasantly surprised with was how much of his material echoed some of my own teachings, but wonderfully articulated in new ways, which helped me better understand concepts that I have learned to be true.

Starting from page 4 of this book were a listing of The Alpha Rules which actually serves as a table of contents for the entire book, as each rule is later expanded on in numerous pages, so there is no room for misinterpretation of his ideas.

How much quicker my own development would have been if I had Xuma's work as a reference. His insertion of Comfort into the pre-established Pain and Pleasures model is something new I have not seen before, and his analysis by juxtaposing these known concepts was a refreshing take.

What I also found appealing is how [they] write in a way to be able to apply these seduction concepts to other areas of life. Specifically concept #6 of Surround yourself with winners. A common running theme in his book is the idea to use the basics to getting your dating life together apply in the rest of your life like getting your own career handled as well.

My absolute favorite chapter was Alpha Rule #15 Eliminate Distractions and Motivation Killers. It was refreshing for me to see this articulated the way it was. This can be applied to all areas of life.

Throughout the book, I LOVED the categories of women that this books defined... the fallen star, the drama queen, the stunner, emotional taker, time taker, gold digger, ...this was a great concept... And I totally agree with the concept of Men being the stable bedrock of the relationship (p164)... The 10 Step Alpha Seduction Plan (p191). Using Limited Availability full circle as a place to start and finish your cycle is incredibly Clever and I wish I had thought of it first.
